The hotel rooms were perfect, and the staff were lovely. After my check-in, the room was available, but there was a bit of panic caused by the occupants inside. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast provided.

The staff were kind of confused and nervous at first, but they turned out to be very friendly and helpful. Mr Paul was especially gentle and communicative with guests.

The hotel is the only one in the newly developing city which has limited options, but it is good and easy to reach everywhere in KAEC. It's around 10 minutes walking distance to the beach walkway and 5 minutes to K-Max & the Carting.

The dining experience at the Seasons restaurant was very average and very expensive, though there was a good variety on the Arabic and Western menu during breakfast.

The hotel rooms were nice and met Emaar standards, but the initial room was not to my liking due to being closed and having a bad view. However, the hotel was quick to accommodate my request for a room change. The service was lacking in efficiency and welcoming attitude towards expats. Despite this, the dining experience was very good with a great choice of quality food. The location is far from the beach but clean and well-organized. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
